1. Milk Protein Shake
The amount of protein in cow’s milk is very high. To make this shake, take cow’s milk, add 3 to 4 walnuts, 4 to 5 almonds and an apple and blend it well. Protein shake is ready. Can consume it.
2. Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Protein
Take some dark chocolate in a grinder jar and blend it with one banana, one spoon peanut butter, a small cup of cold milk and dry fruits. Your shake is ready. Can drink it.
3. Oats Shake
To make oats protein shake, take a shaker and put 3 scoops of oats in it with a big scoop. Now add one or two bananas, 1 cup milk and 4 to 5 almonds and blend well and prepare a shake.
4. Greek Yogurt Shake
Greek yogurt contains a lot of protein. To make this, take a cup of Greek yogurt, add almond milk, 1 teaspoon chia seeds, 1 teaspoon flax seeds, 2-4 blueberries and honey as per taste. Blend it well and prepare protein shake.
5. Strawberry Protein Shake
Take a blender jar and a big bowl of strawberries. Now add one cup of milk, 2 spoons of oats, 4-5 almonds and honey as per taste and blend it. Protein shake is ready, you can drink it.
